Ponseti style braces are provided to families without preference to treating physicians and without requesting personal financial information. We understand many families experience higher medical costs due to their need to travel for care, some children have other medical conditions, some lack insurance or are underinsured. as such, Any family is considered eligible when insurance does not cover the full cost of bracing.
Our goal is to help children maintain correction of the feet by providing braces that fit properly.
Mitchell boots and compatible bars are available.
Please note the following: if families are able, we ask that they cover the cost of shipping (which is typically $5). Boots are shipped, in most cases, within 72 hours from request. Based on availability. Only braces that do not require a prescription can be provided. We work tirelessly to ensure boots are in good condition. Families using this service understand boots have been gently loved and are not new. We will not send boots with straps that are stretched out or tongues that are removed. Receiving braces is not a replacement for follow up with your orthopedic surgeon.
